The property is a near-perfect rectangle with the Paint Creek Trail edging the far end and one corner touching the cul-de-sac where you enter the driveway.  There are large forested parcels on both sides.

The house is located on one end of the property, the creek crosses the middle, forming a 1/2 acre island when the stream rises.  The prairie is designated "1" above.  Most of the year, the forest is so dense you can't see across the property from any direction, creating a legitimate wilderness feeling.
